Send us a message here or email your account manager. We typically turn around edits within 24–48 hours. For urgent changes, mark your message as urgent and we'll prioritize it.
When do I get my monthly report?▾
Reports are sent on the 1st of each month covering the previous month's performance. You'll also see them here in your portal under Reports.
How do I upgrade my plan?▾
Go to Plan & Billing in the sidebar or send us a message. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes — no contracts. Send us a message at least 5 days before your next billing date and we'll handle it. No penalties, no questions asked.
